Privacy Policy

Vermont Interior Painting and SlabWorx collect information you submit through this website or the V.I.P. app so we can estimate, route, quote, schedule, invoice, and follow up on painting work. This may include your name, phone number, email, town, state, postal code, requested work, room details, estimate selections, message, timing, and optional project photos.

Visits and estimator use

We record limited visit and estimator information—such as landing page, referral source, campaign tags, device category, general region, browser details, time of visit, selected scope factors, estimate range, and estimator version—to measure marketing, improve pricing, and protect the system from abuse. We use a pseudonymous session reference rather than storing a visitor’s name in traffic events.

Mobile early access

If you join the V.I.P. early-access list, we save your email, audience type, state, signup time, and campaign source so we can tell you when TestFlight or App Store availability begins. Early-access signup is separate from a painting job request. You may ask us to remove your signup at any time.

Routing and painter access

Your request may be handled directly by Vermont Interior Painting or offered to a reviewed painting business that is available for your location and scope. Before a painter receives contact information, the platform may show a limited opportunity summary such as state, project type, general scope, timing, and planning range. A selected painter may receive your contact and project details only to respond to, quote, schedule, or perform the work you requested. Painters may pay SlabWorx for access to a qualified opportunity; they do not purchase unrestricted ownership of your information and may not reuse it for unrelated marketing. Approved painters can report response, quote, win, completion and callback outcomes so we can assess routing quality.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes eligible lead purchases and project deposits; Apple processes the digital Painter Pro subscription in the iOS app. Vermont Interior Painting does not receive full card numbers. Netlify hosts the website, functions, forms, photos, and operating records. Provider handling is governed by its own privacy and security terms.

Learning records

Estimate factors and verified business outcomes may feed AssetGuard, SlabWorx OS, and SterlingAGI+ to improve rate cards, routing, margin controls, and estimating accuracy. Direct identifiers and free-form customer text are excluded, redacted, or replaced with pseudonymous references before they enter the learning feed. Project photos are not sent to the learning feed by default.

Retention and choices

We retain project, contractor, payment-status, early-access, and traffic records only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, estimating, operations, fraud prevention, model evaluation, disputes, legal duties, and business records. Legal or transaction records may be retained when required.
